Jun24 A Garden Shower 2015

A garden baby shower outside of the best bakery in town, is about one of the most beautiful and classy celebrations ever! Full of unique detail, exquisite florals and enough charm to blow your socks off, I’ve fallen in love.

Jun16 Arts and Crafts for Celebration 2015

I’m totally obsessed with this party.  It is so beautifully designed and the desserts are so fabulous.  Here’s Jen Choi, mom to birthday girl and maker of all the lovely desserts:
“Most preschoolers’ parties in our neighborhood are at indoor gyms and they’re very standardized.  I wanted complete creative control and my daughter isn’t the typical “huge ball of energy”, so we sought after something a little more special.  She is a huge fan of arts and crafts (the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree as I’m a cake designer and dessert caterer), so I tried to curate the perfect party pumped with creative activities.
We kicked off the party by painting wooden whales, decorating them with glitter, and undersea stickers.  While the whales dried, we enjoyed artisanal pizza made with local ingredients (Marc makes the best pizza in Hoboken!) and home-made cocktails and seasonal summer brews (for the parents, that is).  After a fulfilling meal, we sang Happy Birthday, cut the cake and opened up the dessert table— peach macarons, vanilla cake pops, banana cream pies in a jar, traditional and mint Oreos, and assorted sweets.  The children participated in a cookie decorating session shortly after.  Each child received 4 blank cookies (starfish, whale, sea horse and sailboat).  They iced the cookies and adorned them with eyes, lips, sprinkles, jimmies, and sugar—to take home OR to eat on the spot.”

Jun12 A Goldfish Celebration 2015

Harrison turned two and it was celebrated in swimmer style. With a goldfish theme done right and an epic pool party to boot, it looked like a birthday party for the books.

Jun02 Camping First Birthday 2015

William was celebrated in outdoorsy style for his first birthday party.  It is the most detailed and well styled party that has ever lived.  From the take home backpacks, tiny teepees on tables, s’mores kits and oil lanterns, each detail is perfectly themed for a tiny camper. Love

May07 Sweet Shoppe 2015

“What’s sweeter than a Sweet Shoppe? A Sweet Shoppe themed 1st Birthday!  Kaitlyn’s 1st Birthday combined the pretty pastels of a Parisian Sweet Shoppe and the fun and loving nature of a very special 1st Birthday at Chubby Cheek Cafe in City of Industry, CA . Photos Pastel Goodness in image form by Erin J Saldana Photography

There was no stone left unturned when Skybox Event Productions planned out every pretty detail of this birthday.  From the milk carton Goodie Boxes and the paper Bakery and Ice Cream Truck centerpieces, to the Patisserie Window backdrop of the dessert table (with the prettiest and most delicious treats from Merely Sweets!), mini party hats for kids, and all signage created by Little Ink Print.

The party kicked off with a delicious buffet of sandwiches, salads, pasta, and more!  Ice Box Creamery was there with an adorable Ice Cream cart that was ready to serve up some tasty and cool treats to all in attendance.

Kaitlyn’s family and friends were able to enjoy making their own photo Flipbooks with the help of Flipbook Frenzy.  They also had fun with cute and quirky Caricature drawings of themselves done by Toon Upz.

There is no sweeter way to spend a Sunday, than by celebrating the 1st Birthday of a special little girl.”
